Colonial Child Care is considered an essential service; we have remained open to serve the essential workers in our community.
We have always followed the New York State Office of Children and Family Services regulations which require us to sanitize all equipment, tables, chairs, toys with bleach each day.
Children wash hands frequently throughout the day including entering the building, before and after snacks or lunch, after coming in from outside and before they exit the building.
Any new child attending the program will have temperature checked to ensure safety of children in program.
We are practicing social distancing and keeping the children 6 feet apart.
All staff and children are wearing face coverings.
Parents are not allowed in the building, staff brings the child to door for pick up.
We have qualified staff and are assisting with distance learning.
