Colonial Youth & Family Services offers a variety of free and low-cost programs and services for families and the youth of our community. From child care and clinical services to family counseling and parenting programs, Colonial can help.

Colonial Youth & Family Services offers many opportunities for the community to get involved and help those in need. We are always looking for support of our fundraising efforts and events as well as support of our Outreach programs for school supplies, and holiday assistance. Help your neighbors!

Graffiti Removal
Sep 22 @ 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm

During Graffiti Removal we drive around the Mastic, Mastic Beach and Shirley community removing graffiti vandalism. We meet at the Little Red School House at 1pm in Moriches to pick up the van. We than go to William Floyd High School at dismissal and park in the District Office parking lot. At 2:15-2:30pm we are parked in Paca parking lot near the Food Pantry trailer. If students are in the New Middle School we pick them up at home.

Clean Up at Shirley Railroad @ Shirley Railroad
Sep 23 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

We will be doing a clean up at the Shirley Railroad off of William Floyd Park Way. Colonials Community Volunteer Corps will be cleaning garbage from 10am-12pm if anyone would like to come on down and help.

CCVC Meeting @ William Floyd High School
Sep 27 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

CCVC Meeting is held every Wednesday night from 7-9pm in room 138 of the High School…..Only when the school district is on winter/spring/mid winter/regents/holidays we are not allowed in the building.

Flowers For Friends @ William Floyd High School
Sep 29 @ 7:00 am – 11:15 am

Flowers for Friends is held at William Floyd High School. We sell roses for two dollars each to raise money for Prom Assistance. This program is with the William Floyd Community Summit’s Youth Services Committee.

Field Trip Holtsville Zoo @ Holtsville Ecology Site
Sep 30 @ 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

Colonials Community Volunteer Corps is going on a field trip to the Holtsville Ecology Site Zoo. It is $5 per person to come on the field trip and we need written permission for anyone under 18 years of age. During the field trip we will be walking around the zoo and go to the park next door. Volunteers can bring lunch if they would like.
